2. What are the different subscription levels?

 

Answer: We offer several subscription levels, each providing different price and with it speed of gaining benefits and access to a variety of survival supplies. Details of each level can be found in the app's Home page.

 

3. How can I upgrade my subscription?

 

Answer: To upgrade your subscription, go to the 'Subscription' section in the app and select 'Change'. Follow the prompts to choose a new subscription.

 

4. What items can I expect in my stash at each level?

 

Answer: Each subscription level offers different items, ranging from basic survival necessities to more advanced and comprehensive supplies. You can view the specific items available at each level in the Home section of the app.

 

5. How do I request delivery of my stash?

 

Answer: You can request delivery through the app by navigating to the 'Delivery' section and selecting 'Deliver'.

 

6. What should I do if I encounter a problem with the app?

 

Answer: If you experience any issues, please visit contact our customer support team via the app's contact form.

 

7. Is there a way to temporarily suspend my subscription?

 

Answer: No. After stopping the subscription, you have 14 days to initiate delivery or your level goes to 0.

 

8. How secure is my personal information within the app?

 

Answer: We take your privacy and security seriously. Your personal information is protected with encryption and other security measures. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

 

9. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

 

Answer: Yes, you can cancel your subscription through the app by navigating to 'Subscription : Change' and selecting 'Cancel Subscription'. Please note that cancellation terms may apply based on your subscription agreement. In case of subscription termination of failure to make payments you have 15 days to initiate delivery or you stash Level will be reduced to 0 with no possibility of delivery.

 

10. How often are new features added to the app?

 

Answer: We regularly update the app with new features and improvements. Keep your app updated to the latest version to ensure you have access to all new features and enhancements.

 

11. Why don't i have  delivery of my items to my house?

 

Answer: Delivery depends on you level. Higher stash levels offer free delivery to you address.
